This courtyard provides a peaceful escape from its inner-city setting. The client’s brief was to create a tranquil outdoor space that they could enjoy with family and friends. We built a sophisticated entertaining area around a concrete and timber-clad barbeque, and a floating deck around the perimeter of the home to extend the indoor living space out into the garden. A thoughtful selection of tropical palms, ferns and flowers around the garden’s edge creates a sense of depth and seclusion.
